Community Publications, Inc. is a full service publication agency which specializes in the production of custom newspapers, newsletters, phone directories and advertisements for neighborhoods and communities all over the Washington/Metropolitan area.

What We Do
In today's busy world, property managers, Condominium Associations and Community Board of Directors spend much of their time communicating with homeowners via the phone or e-mail. When important information regarding upcoming community meetings, social events or "hot topics" need to be communicated there is little time to prepare or produce a viable and reliable means of communication.

Community Publications, Inc. works directly with local property management firms, real estate developers and homeowner association Board of Directors to produce a high quality publication tailored specifically to your neighborhood or community.

Large or small, no two communities are alike! Whether you prefer a simple four page newsletter or a 32-page newspaper, our unique focus is on you. Our staff will work with your community representative or property manager to design a high quality, low cost, professional publication that's just your style.

Advertising Management & Sales
Since the majority of funding for the production of your community publication is paid for by the generosity of local advertisers and retailers in your area, our Advertising Manager and Sales team will work directly with advertisers to ensure their satisfaction. We provide advertisers with current advertising rates for your publication, handle the day to day accounting and invoicing and feature a talented in-house designer who will design your advertisement for a nominal fee.
