The Viewpoint

Is a quarterly newspaper designed specifically for two communities in the heart of Boyds, Maryland in Montgomery County , the Vistas at Woodcliffe Park and Woodcliffe Park .

Developed by The Artery Group and Arcola Investments, the Vistas at Woodcliffe Park and Woodcliffe Park feature a variety of single family homes and townhomes constructed by the area's top home builders.

Two unique communities with separate homeowners association's and property management firms, the communities share many common amenities and facilities, including the Pool and Clubhouse at Woodcliffe Park and The Viewpoint !

Special pages have been designed to reflect the specific community news geared to each association, "Woodcliffe's Notes" and "Vistas in Brief." The Viewpoint is published full of common articles of interest concerning joint social events, community classifieds, school news and local news and events from the surrounding area.

The Viewpoint debuted in Spring 2003! Currently over 1,000 copies of The Viewpoint are mailed to residents and local retailers.

The Viewpoint is published by the Vistas at Woodcliffe Park Community Association and the Woodcliffe Park Homeowners Association, which is responsible for the form, content and polices of the newspaper.
